Fundraising Manager

About the role

Christians Against Poverty (CAP) is seeking an experienced and strategic Fundraising Manager to lead the Fundraising Team through its next season of growth and impact.

Reporting directly to the Fundraising & Communications Director, the role offers an opportunity to bring strategic leadership and fundraising expertise to grow CAP’s regular income streams and ensure long-term financial sustainability. You will contribute to the development and execution of strategies that expand CAP’s supporter base, strengthen donor engagement and improve retention.
