Job Description

Responsibilities:

Advise on fund structuring, launches, product development, investment strategies, distribution, and governance across private funds, UCITS, ETFs, LTAFs, NURS, private equity, private credit, real assets, multi-asset funds, and other alternative investment products.

Draft, review, and negotiate investment management agreements, fund documentation, side letters, distribution arrangements, platform agreements, commercial contracts, and related legal documentation across multiple jurisdictions.

Support regulatory change and implementation projects, including sustainability regulation, SFDR, fund marketing, product mapping, investor disclosures, governance processes, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.

Partner with legal, product, investment, distribution, compliance, portfolio management, operations, and external counsel teams to provide practical, commercially focused advice on fund products, ...
