THE ROLE: The firm is seeking an experienced Funds Lawyer to advise a diverse client base, including but not limited to banks, investment firms, custodians, fund administrators, corporate trustees, payment service providers, investment platforms, angel investor networks, family offices, and fintech businesses. You will work on a broad spectrum of fund-related matters, advising on the establishment, structuring and operation of investment funds and other collective investment funds. This rapidly growing practice encompasses a wide range of matters relating to fund structures, including venture capital, real estate, private equity, nominee and contractual funds, REITs, RIFs, and pension funds, as well as investments into / by said funds.
