Job Overview
Funeral Arranger – Part time, 18.75 hours per week in Watford, WD24 4FT.
Hourly pay: £13.47 plus benefits. Duties include funeral preparation, transport, and personal care of the deceased, ensuring a professional and respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and the community.
- Support clients in person and over the phone, arranging visits and answering queries.
- Keep the funeral home clean, safe, and welcoming; report and record maintenance issues.
- Use digital systems (computers, tablets, smartphones) to manage client documentation, arrangements, and invoicing.
- Assist with manual handling of coffins and preparation of the deceased for viewing.
- Update client management applications with accurate, timely information.
