Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leading sales team role.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong experience in developing sales strategy, pricing structure, promotion programs.
