Position Overview

As a Product Adoption Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in the Design & Manufacturing space as they begin their journey with Autodesk solutions.

You’ll drive high‑quality customer engagements through proactive outreach — via phone, email, and digital channels — to ensure customers are activated, onboarded, and set up for long‑term success.
