:8+ years of project management experience with at least 8-10 years managing Oracle Cloud HCM projects
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, ORC, Compensation, Benefits Integration, Payroll Interface, Talent Management, Absence Management, etc.)
Aware of on data migration and testing strateg
yHigh level knowledge of OIC and FDI for conversing with clients/ team
sDevelop detailed project / KT plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SMEs, HR, IT, Oracle consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery
