Job Description

Position Summary: 

As a Pre-4 Aide, you will assist the lead teacher with planning lessons and instructing children in activities according to approved curriculum designed to promote social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth and development. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment.
Assist Lead Teacher in the education, safety, and wellbeing of a classroom of 18 children.

Take on interchanging roles with Lead Teacher throughout the day as class moves through the curriculum from one activity to the next.

Assist in providing 6.5 hours of instructional time. This position is year round.

Attend Annual Professional Development Training as Required by Management
Qualifications:
Must meet state licensing requirements for education and experience
