Fv Construction Project Manager Trinidad and Tobago (Colombia)

Key responsibilities:

1. To ensure safety on site, and budget, quality, and execution deadlines.
2. To be responsible for the management of the resources to comply with the schedule without exceeding, as far as possible, the project budget.
3. To monitor the development of the works according to the project, reporting to the project engineer about any project variation.
4. To ensure compliance with legal and institutional requirements related to the execution of works.
5. To guarantee the operation, control and monitoring of failures during the PR period and prior to the signing of the PAC, in liaison with the monitoring team, who will oversee compliance reviews.

Requirements:

• Academic background: Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Technical Architecture.
• Technical knowledge of electricity and civil works.
• Advanced user of Office tools, Project and SAP.
