FY27: Teacher, Library / Media Specialist, Meadow Hall ES, FTEJob Specific Information:Seeking a creative, collaborative Media Specialist passionate about fostering a love of reading. The ideal candidate will partner with teachers to design engaging lessons that build literacy, research, and computer skills aligned to the MCPS curriculum and grade-level standards. Responsibilities include leading schoolwide reading initiatives, co-planning and supporting research and writing projects, and delivering media instruction that balances skill development with content integration. Candidates should be innovative, student-centered, and comfortable collaborating across teams. A strong vision for building and sustaining a thriving, forward-thinking library media program is essential. Experience is preferred but not required.
