Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of citizen- and agency-facing digital products. You will work in cross‑functional product teams to drive discovery, translate user and business needs into clear requirements, and partner engineers and designers to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities Discovery & Problem Framing- Lead and support discovery activities (workshops, interviews, data/insight review) to clarify user needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
