WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
Main challenge
Support the design and development of engaging game experiences by contributing to gameplay systems, levels, and content creation. The role requires balancing creativity, player engagement, and business objectives while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.
What it means on a daily basis
- Design and document gameplay features, game systems, levels, and player experiences
- Create and adapt gameplay content, concepts, and level layouts based on project needs
- Research market trends, player behaviors, and game mechanics to improve game quality
- Collaborate with Producers, Artists, and Programmers to ensure design vision is implemented correctly
- Identify gameplay issues, propose solutions, and contribute to process and workflow improvements
