Who We’re Looking For

An experienced Games Studio Director to build and scale a high‑performing iGaming studio from roadmap to release. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can balance strategy with execution—setting the long‑term direction of the studio while also driving the day‑to‑day delivery of every game in production. You will own planning, team building, vendor management, licensing coordination, and release execution, ensuring games move smoothly from concept through certification, launch, and live operations. In a lean, fast‑moving environment you will have significant autonomy and responsibility, helping shape not just what we build, but how we build it as we grow.
