Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire (HX3)
Pay Rate: £13.26 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
Contract: 6 July 2026 – 31 October 2026
Lynx Employment Services are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Gardener / Horticulturist to help maintain and improve parks, green spaces and the public realm across Calderdale.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with practical horticultural experience who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering high-quality grounds maintenance.
### The Role
You will carry out a wide range of gardening and horticultural duties, including:
Grass cutting using pedestrian mowers
Hedge trimming and strimming
Hard and soft landscaping
Fine turf maintenance
Ornamental horticulture
Tree maintenance
General grounds maintenance
Safe use, cleaning and maintenance of horticultural machinery
Maintaining clean and safe working...
