Footwear Technologist 
London – Hybrid 

Up to £60,000

We’re recruiting a Footwear Technologist for a global fashion & footwear business known for delivering trend-right ranges at scale. If you’re all about fit, function, quality and getting product over the line on time – you’ll love this one.

The role

Reporting into the Head of Footwear, you’ll manage footwear development from concept through to production sign-off, making sure every style meets technical, quality and safety standards (without losing sight of commercial targets).

What you’ll be doing
Lead seasonal block/last reviews with design & buying

Build and update the footwear specification library (lasts, patterns, sole specs, materials)

Produce clear, accurate tech packs (uppers, soles, insocks, packaging + more)

Run fittings, give strong fit comments, and secure gold seals on schedule
