As a Spindle Builder you
will be responsible for assembling the components that make up a Gas Turbine
rotor, ensuring adherence to safe and efficient production processes. This includes a variety of part preparation
steps via glass bead blasting, crane lifts both at the individual component
level and fully assembly rotor level, precision measuring of components,
support of blading and detailed blending. Your role will involve a commitment
to continuous improvement initiatives, including Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean
Manufacturing principles.

+ Provide critical crane support to the Rotor AssemblyShop, this includes training and acquiring a critical crane license.
