Gastroenterology & Inpatient Care Specialist

The New Zealand Government is seeking a Gastroenterologist for the Taranaki Base Hospital. This is a fulltime position (1.0 FTE) offered temporarily for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. Immediate start is available.

The role involves providing high-quality, patient-centred care, conducting outpatient clinics, and participating in the general medicine on-call roster. Ideal candidates should be vocally registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand and hold a fellowship with RACP.
