- Job Setting: Hospital with Endo Unit
- Credentialing: Estimated 60 days.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
- Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS required
- Licensure: Michigan state license, 2 years post-fellowship
