Under general supervision, analyzes enterprise-wide customer business needs and participates in the planning, design and implementation of new or enhanced systems that may serve multiple state entities.<br /><br /><div>The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst (BA) to support IT project initiation efforts, technology procurements, and business systems analysis activities. The primary responsibility of this role will be analyzing IT project initiation requests and compiling documentation necessary to support new IT procurements, contracts, or in-house system development initiatives. As workload permits, the Business Analyst may also be assigned to active IT project teams.
