A confidential, established precision gear manufacturer is seeking experienced Gear Cutters, Gear Hobbing Operators, Gear Shaper Operators, and CNC Gear Machinists to produce large, precision industrial gears. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC and manual gear cutting equipment.
- Manufacture precision spur, helical, bevel, worm gears, and splines.
- Perform machine setups, tooling changes, offsets, and adjustments.
- Read blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment.
- Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and support continuous improvement.
