Job Description
**Essential Responsibilities**:- Partner with the site Operations and Lean leaders to meet organizational goals and build a culture of continuous improvement- Collaborate and support the business lean transformation strategy- Establish daily management and operational review rhythm with section lean and operations leaders- Help the teams to deliver significant and lasting improvements in lead time and waste elimination- Serve as a Lean change agent by coaching cross section leaders in Lean activities- Help to identify and scope Lean projects that align cross section goals and strategies- Help to execute existing lean training programs and help to develop new training modules when needed**Minimum Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree- Solid contribution in current role or previous position- Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish- English skills: Must be able to maintain a normal day-to-day fluid conversation in English- Presentation Skills: Ability to...
