Key areas of focus - include but are not limited to:- Greet customers warmly and take their orders
- Scoop and serve gelato according to portion and presentation standards
- Offer samples and make product recommendations
- Handle cashier duties (POS system, cash, card payments)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the serving area at all times
- Restock gelato, cones, toppings, and other supplies
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
- Assist with opening and closing duties
