Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the focal point for the training audience on matters relating to NGO contributions to humanitarian crisis response, particularly gender perspectives, during exercise preparation and execution.
- Coordinate IO/NGO and humanitarian matters with other appropriate representatives.
- Provide recommendations for improving the representation of human development index aspects, including human rights, transparency, and gender development, to refine the scenario.
- Ensure the representation of human development index aspects in the scenario supports the training audience’s achievement of training objectives.
- Assist humanitarian/civil society representatives in developing a basic Concept of Operations for humanitarian, human rights, and civil society issues in the conflict.
