Job Description
Job Title: General Accountant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting transactions, prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with FTA regulations and accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations, proficiency in TALLY ERP and MS Excel, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and submit VAT and Corporate Tax returns to the Federal Tax Authority (FTA).
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Maintain ledgers, reconciliations and accurate financial records.
