Job Description
- Review invoice and purchase contracts before signing and create payment request
- Check the Odoo General Accounting module
- Verify and issue sales invoices
- Handle bank-related documents
- Properly account for all transactions arising
- Record payroll based on data from the C&B department
- Reconcile fixed assets and reports on receivables, payables, and tax accounts
- Process VAT closing at the end of the period.
- Provide documents and explanations for auditing
- Prepare tax reports & annual settlement: VAT, PIT, WHT CIT, DST,
- Update, research and propose tax and accounting solutions upon request
- Control the company's legal documents.
- Bachelor degree in Accountancy
- At least 13 years of relevant experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting.
- Familiarity with Philippine tax regulations (BIR filings, VAT, withholding tax, etc.). ...
