Job Description
As an General Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for general accounting services provided to several affiliates and (SBU) with an accent on the accuracy and compliance.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Intercompany accounting of transactions among PPG affiliates according to US GAAP standards and SOX controls
- Month-end closing accounting and related activities
- Accurate supporting documentation and account analysis of assigned balance sheet accounts.
- Identification and correction of common accounting issues for intercompany transaction
- Partnership and support to partners (USCA, SBU, other SSC teams)
- Data gathering for internal and external audit purpose
- Administrative tasks related to the position such as reporting of activities and tracking on PPG Policies for the intercompany function.
- Follow-up and validation of out of balance transactions between the PPG entities.
