The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the primary point of contact for Range customers' data support and acts as the interface between customers, range personnel, and the range contractor on data-related matters; responsible for managing Range data support for test programs/projects including long and short-range project support planning. Responsibilities Perform mission preparation and execution functions. Manage the modification or acquisition of data systems and/or the development of new data processing methods. Provide data processing, problem solving, quality assurance, data product tracking & delivery. Provide technical advice, use reasoning & communication abilities, and expert knowledge of Range systems' capabilities, and limitations to accomplish the mission of the UTTR.
