General Foreperson | Residential Developer Dublin | €70-€85k (DOE) Irelands leading Residential Developer is seeking General Foreperson for multiple Residential sites in Dublin North, South and West. General Foreperson Key Responsibilities: * Ownership of the management of Health and Safety on the project * Understand target delivery programme, weekly reporting of same and active intervention to prevent delays * Attend and assist at daily whiteboard meetings * Continuous inspection of works on site, raising and resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure quality of works. Subcontractor and Supplier Management * Completion of daily allocation sheets for site labour and materials * Management of civil engineering and groundworks contractor * Take control of works from house foundations, through to 1st & 2nd fix including external finishes, paving, boundary walls and landscaping * Management and coordination of subcontractors and service providers, to ensu...
