**General Labor - 1st Shift**
Join our team to work collaboratively in teams of 3-4 people, handling pre-cut materials and assembling them into trusses using advanced laser systems. The work involves matching wood cuts to outlines, joining pieces with metal plates, and ensuring security with industrial rollers.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work in teams of 3-4 people to assemble trusses.
+ Utilize pre-cut materials from the saw room.
+ Load wood into laser systems for accurate assembly.
+ Match wood cuts to truss outlines and hammer them together.
+ Ensure trusses are secure using industrial rollers.
+ Move completed trusses and materials efficiently.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MILLBURY, OH.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
