Job Description :

Support the production of ceramic materials used in electronics by mixing, processing, and handling powders with accuracy and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and mix ceramic powders and materials per specifications
• Operate blending, milling, and drying equipment
• Perform spray drying and thermal processing
• Maintain accurate batch records and production data
• Conduct quality checks and in-process testing
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Load/unload materials (50–60 lbs) and clean equipment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs regularly
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work in dusty and wet environments
• Willingness to work multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
