**Job Title: General Laborer Weekend Shift**
**Job Description**
The General Laborer is responsible for the melter/filler side of the production process, where they will handle blocks of butter, approximately 40 lbs each, and place them into a large tub for melting down to be used in production. The role involves packaging, labeling, and sanitation on the sweet and condensed side, assisting a machine that fills boxes, pails, and totes with the final product. This position is primarily focused on the physical aspects of production.
**Responsibilities**
+ Handle and melt blocks of butter for the production process.
+ Assist in packaging, labeling, and sanitation tasks.
+ Operate machinery to fill containers with final product.
+ Perform general labor and janitorial duties as needed.
+ Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the production area.
