General Labourer

We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable General Labourers to support residential construction projects in the Montague/Cardigan area. This hands-on role involves assisting with deck construction, foundation work, material handling, and general site support on active residential build sites. Candidates should be comfortable working in a physically demanding outdoor environment and able to work effectively as part of a construction team.THE JOB

Assist with residential construction projects including deck builds and structural work

Support footing installation and ICF foundation installs/repairs

Measure and cut timber and other building materials

Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

Perform material handling and site preparation duties

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Follow all workplace safety procedures and site directions
