Job Description

Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and support on general lending transactions acting for both lenders and borrowers.

Draft, negotiate, and review financing documentation including loan facility agreements, security documentation, intercreditor agreements, ancillary documents, and corporate authority documents.

Manage domestic and cross-border transactions and coordinate with external counsel.

Liaise with key stakeholders within the business.
Minimum Qualifications:Strong academic credentials and proven experience in general banking and finance matters ideally with exposure corporate clients.

Commercial awareness and ability to provide pragmatic solutions aligned with business objectives.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
