Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a senior operational leader to serve as the General Manager of the Adult Critical Care Clinical Service Unit (CSU). The CSU is a key component of our tertiary service, delivering HDU and ICU care across Leeds General Infirmary and St James’s University Hospital, and supporting Outreach and Rehabilitation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to a high‑performing medical and administrative team.


• Senior line management of business and administrative staff, including direct reporting.


• Act as CSU lead to deliver performance and financial objectives.


• Lead prioritised areas such as clinical service development, contracting, business cases and Leeds Improvement Method value streams.
