Strategy & Growth
Define and execute central Malaysia airfreight strategy aligned with regional direction Drive growth in key identified sectors/industry Develop lane, gateway, consolidation and capacity strategies (KLIA, Penang, Singapore, regional hubs) P&L & Financial Performance
Full ownership of airfreight P&L for central Malaysia Deliver revenue, GP, EBIT, GP/kg and cost-to-serve targets Ensure pricing discipline, yield improvement, and cost control Operations & Service Excellence
Oversee air export, air import, freight planning, and gateway operations Ensure SOP compliance, uplift reliability, and on-time performance Manage peak season planning, ad-hoc capacity, and charter solutions Airline & Vendor Management
