General Manager - Automotive Aftermarket Distribution

Applicants must have the following requirements:



Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Commerce or Marketing.

Must have at least 5 years of experience in automotive aftermarket distribution.

Must have senior management experience, with direct accountability for P&L.

Must have a strong sales and commercial background.

Must have a proven track record of leading multi-site or multi-branch operations.

Must have experience developing and managing branch managers or regional teams.

Knowledge of automotive air conditioning systems and refrigerant products would be advantageous.

Experience in a distribution or wholesale trade environment would be advantageous.
