We are seeking a seasoned automotive seating professional to lead the overall Automotive Seating Operations. The role is responsible for full operational performance including production, engineering, quality, supply chain, maintenance and continuous improvement, ensuring excellence in Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and People Development.

The ideal candidate with strong expertise in automotive seating products and processes, with proven leadership experience in managing plant or business unit operations in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment.
