Job Description
The Role
Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director, you will lead the daily operations at Brent Cross, ensuring smooth and standards‑compliant performance across all departments.
What we’re looking for
Hands‑on operator who sets the site’s tone. You will be on the ground, especially during busy weekends and evenings, ensuring procedures are followed, wage budgets stay on track, and standards remain consistently high.

- Excellent communication, adaptable to different situations and people.
- Highly flexible; operation runs 7 days a week from dawn to dusk.
- Adept at influencing and collaborating across all levels.
