Requirements

• Business vision, adaptability to changes, and a results‑oriented approach. Seeking to become a general manager for a small luxury brand hotel.
• 3 years of experience as an assistant general manager, assistant sales manager, or front‑desk manager, preferably in Marriott Hotels.
• High level of English; knowledge of other languages is highly valued.
• Degree in Hotel Management or a degree in Tourism or Business Administration.
