A revolutionary gourmet hybrid store based in Fourways that combines a high-end deli, supermarket and artisanal takeaway is looking for a General Manager. The General Manager is the senior operational leader and is responsible for the overall performance, discipline, culture, profitability and success of the store. This role carries full accountability for driving operational excellence, commercial performance, customer experience, team development and brand execution across all departments. The General Manager is expected to ensure that every part of the business operates with structure, consistency, urgency and pride.
