About the role
AsGeneral Managerof this lifestyle hotel, you own the full guest journey with a strong focus on Rooms (Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Experience), while having fullP&L responsibilityfor the property.
You lead a young, dynamic team on and off the floor, combining hands‑on presence with smart, data‑driven decision-making.
You’re not a “back‑office” GM – you’re visible in the lobby, jumping in at reception during rush hour, checking rooms before VIP arrivals and celebrating wins with your team.
