Minimum requirements

• Matric Certification
• Diploma in Management, Hospitality, or related qualification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
• Strong HR experience and dealing with disciplinaries
• Strong financial management experienceExperience with property maintenance and facilities upkeep
• Proven ability to manage a team of ±45 staff including management team
• Managing and overseeing ± 6 departments
