Matric Certification

Diploma in Management, Hospitality, or related qualification

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English

Strong HR experience and dealing with disciplinaries 

Strong financial management experience 

Experience with property maintenance and facilities upkeep

Proven ability to manage a team of ±45 staff including management team

Managing and overseeing +- 6 departments 

Excellent leadership and mentoring skills of a diverse team
