Duties:

Operational Leadership & Business Performance:

Responsible for the daily operational performance of the entire business unit.
Ensuring that all departments are properly prepared, correctly staffed, well managed and operating according to brand standards.
Maintain full oversight of the store and ensure that operational issues are identified and resolved before they negatively affect the customer experience or business performance.
Strong operational leadership requires visibility, accessibility and active involvement in the daily running of the business.

Take full accountability for sales targets, profitability objectives and operational KPIs.
