Job Description

Introduction:
Our client is a listed company and is primarily engaged in the chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry. They are currently looking for a General Manager, Shanghai based for overseas market (B2C Channel).
Responsibilities:
Building the Overseas B2C Channel Recruitment System: Responsible for designing and implementing the full-process system for overseas B2C channels (home decoration/consumer side).
Designing Regional Channel Incentive Policies: Conduct in-depth research on channel structures and partner needs in key overseas markets such as Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
Building and Implementing Channel Enablement Systems: Establish a comprehensive enablement system for overseas B2C channels.
Developing Enablement Tools and Materials: Develop and continuously optimize enablement tools and materials for overseas B2C channels.
