General Manager

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the production unit. Ensure compliance with GMP and industry quality standards. Coordinate with various departments for smooth production flow. Manage production schedules, workforce, and inventory. Implement cost-effective manufacturing practices. Lead and mentor production staff.

Preferred Candidate: Male candidates preferred. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Ayurveda medicine manufacturing. Strong leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
