General Manager (Printing & Manufacturing)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead overall business operations, drive production performance, and execute strategic growth initiatives within a printing and manufacturing environment.

This role requires a strong leader with deep experience in printing or manufacturing, capable of managing cross-functional teams, optimizing operations, and ensuring sustainable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations including production, sales coordination, and administration

• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve efficiency and achieve business goals

• Oversee end-to-end production workflows (prepress, press, post-press)

• Manage budgeting, CAPEX, OPEX, and financial performance

• Establish and monitor KPIs and operational metrics

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
