Responsibilities include:

• Land with the Surveyor General to allow for transfer of sales to third party
• Management of development
• Formulate a development plan for the next stage of development
• Liaise with third party developers, if part of development plan
• Direct overall design layout, positions of units, unit types of the development in consultation with professionals
• Raise bank funding where deemed necessary and manage relationship with existing funders
