FOND is a beloved specialty coffee destination in Linden, where exceptional coffee meets warm hospitality. We're looking for a hands‑on Cafe Manager to step in and keep our operations running smoothly during a critical cover period.

What you'll be doing: Take full ownership of daily cafe operations, from opening procedures to end‑of‑day reconciliation and banking. Lead and motivate our front of house team, ensuring every customer receives the signature FOND experience. Manage stock levels and place orders with suppliers to prevent shortages of coffee beans, milk, and key consumables. Handle cash‑up procedures, daily sales reporting, and basic administrative tasks including staff scheduling. Maintain our high standards for coffee quality, ensuring drinks are prepared to specialty coffee standards.
