General Manager - Sales Transport (FT and LTL)

Applicants Must Have The Following Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain and/or similar tertiary qualification or Matric.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end Supply Chain and/or transport, of which at least 3 years managing commercial teams (individuals) from a new business sales environment.
• Must have experience in FTL & LTL /brokerage in trucking.
• Must have leadership experience.
• Must demonstrate strong financial acumen, with a clear understanding of P&Ls and key EBIT drivers.
• Must have experience engaging with internal EXCO members.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Must have own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work overtime and travel nationally.
